Upon the request made by the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Moscow, the Sri Lankan Business and Professional Society has donated medical equipment to the Sri Lankan hospitals to treat patients with Covid-19

A shipment of 140 Pulse Oximeters were handed over to the Honorable Health Minister Mrs. P.Wanniarachchi through the representative of the society at the Ministry of Health in Sri Lanka. The organizers have requested the Additional Secretary (Medical Services) of the Ministry of Health to distribute Oximeters among needy hospitals in Sri Lanka, including North and East provinces.
The Embassy, which has been working closely with the Sri Lankan Business and Professional Society in Moscow highly value the gesture of the Society towards their motherland, and appreciate the efforts of the members in sending the donation at a short notice.
