On 17th November 2022, H.E. the Ambassador welcomed the Producer of the TV show related to travelling "Let's go! Let's eat!" for a discussion of possibility to shoot a film aiming to promote the Sri Lanka tourism sector.

One of the most popular travel shows in Russia "Let's go! Let's eat!" was recognized as the best travel program, according to the National Geographic Traveler Awards 2016. It is broadcast on the NTV Federal Channel of Russia, in the prime time on weekends, when it brings millions of audience to the screen.
It was decided to produce two films in Sri Lanka, with full support of the Ambassador, and broadcast them in Russia in April and September 2023. It is expected that it will be a brilliant opportunity to attract more tourists from Russia and CIS countries to Sri Lanka.
