The opening ceremony of the national pavilion of Sri Lanka at the Prodexpo 2025 exhibition was held on February 3, 2025. The stand was organized by the Tea Board of Sri Lanka in coordination with the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Moscow. The exhibition will be held from February 3 to 7, 2025 at the Expocentre Exhibition Center in Moscow.

The opening ceremony was headed by the Chargé d' Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Sri Lanka, Mr. Chamila Jayarathna accompanied by Group Captain Sanoj Jayaratne, Counsellor/Defense.
Together with the Tea Board of Sri Lanka, 5 leading tea exporters of Sri Lanka are participating in the exhibition - Imperial Teas Group, A.F Jones Exporters Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd, Divine Nature Teas (Pvt) Ltd, Elpitiya Plantations PLC, and Jafferee Brothers under this initiative.
