The Tea Promotion Unit (Sri Lanka Tea Board) attached to the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Russia organized a Ceylon Tea pavilion at World Food Ukraine and World Food Kazakhstan 2016

 The 19th Edition of Ukraine International Food & Drink Exhibition, World Food Ukraine, was held in Kiev, Ukraine from 26th to 28th October 2016 at International Exhibition Center in Kiev.
WorldFood Ukraine is the Country's only international, fully segmented, exhibition for the food and drink industries. The event has become an important meeting place for the industry representatives, where international suppliers could meet local buyers, producers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and restaurateurs.
The Tea Promotion Unit (Sri Lanka Tea Board) attached to the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Russia organized a Ceylon Tea pavilion at World Food Ukraine 2016 exhibition with the objective of further strengthening Ceylon tea presence in the Ukrainian tea market.
In 2016 show, three leading Ceylon tea companies that M/s. Ceylon Fresh Teas (Pvt) Ltd, M/s. Millennium Teas (Pvt) Ltd and M/s. Hyson Tea (Pvt) Ltd participated under Ceylon Tea pavilion along with Sri Lanka Tea Board.

The Tea Promotion Unit of the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Russia represented the Sri Lanka Tea Board at the World Food Exhibition which was organized from the 2nd to the 4th of November, 2016 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The World Food Kazakhstan is a wide-ranging exhibition, showcasing the very best products on Kazakhstan's food and drink market. The Tea Promotion Unit organized a group stand at the exhibition aiming to penetrate the tea market of Kazakhstan in order to promote orthodox black tea.
M/s. Mabroc Teas (Pvt) Ltd participated at the exhibition along with Sri Lanka Tea Board under the Ceylon Tea banner.
