Prof. M.D. Lamawansa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Russian Federation with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Moldova presented his Letters of Credence to the President of the Republic of Moldova H.E. Madame Maia Sandu on 12 of February 2021.
