Ambassador Jayatilleka inaugurates Ceylon Tea Global Promotion Campaign in Moscow
On September 24, 2019 the Sri Lankan Tea Board launched its Global Compaign in Moscow, at the 28th International Exhibition WorldFood 2019, one of the largest exhibition serving the global food and drinks industry and the main export platform for reaching buyers of Russia's leading retail chains and wholesale companies. More than 1700 key players and representatives of the industry from 65 countries come together at one place to showcase their new products and to facilitate export opportunities in Russia.

On September 16, 2019 Ambassador H.E. Dr. Dayan Jayatilleka and Madame Sanja Jayatilleka attended the reception dedicated to the 62nd Anniversary of the National Day of Malaysia, at the invitation of the Malaysian Ambassador H.E. Sri Lanka participates at OTDYKH/Leisure International Tourism Exhibition 2019 in Moscow
Under the auspices of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB), as in the previous years, in collaboration with Sri Lankan Embassy in Moscow, Sri Lankan travel agents and tour companies participated in OTDYKH/ Leisure International Tourism Exhibition-2019, which commenced on 10th September 2019, at Expo Centre, Moscow.
Leisure Exhibition is one of the largest International tourism fairs being organized in Moscow. This is the 16th edition of Leisure Exhibition held since 2001, and attracted more than 20 countries this year.
