The Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy attended 325th Anniversary Celebrations of the Russian Navy at Saint Petersburg
The commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugethenne and the delegation arrived at Russian Federation on 22nd July at the invitation of the Commander in Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Yevmenov. The delegation had a Call On with HE the Ambassador Prof. MD Lamawansa at the Embassy in Moscow prior to the departure to Saint Petersburg attend the events.
