Sri Lanka Armed Forces Boxing Team Wins at the 58th World Military Boxing Championship in Moscow
Lance Corporal Sajeewa Nuwan Kumara of the Sri Lankan Army fought his way to the bronze medal in the light fly weight (49kg) class while LAC Gayani Nisansala Kaluarachchilage of SLAF created history becoming the first Sri Lankan woman pugilist to win a bronze medal in the Middle weight category (75kg) at the 58th World Military Championships.
