The Embassy represents Sri Lanka Apparel sector at the Eurasian Investment Fashion Forum
On June 7, 2023, the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Moscow took part in the Eurasian Fashion Investment Forum, representing the apparel sector of Sri Lanka, where representatives of Bangladesh, India, Turkey, Tunisia, Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, China and other countries were also present.

Kazan Federal University builds links with Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine and University of Moratuwa
Following the visit of Prof. Janitha A. Liyanage, H. E. the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Russian Federation, to the Republic of Tatarstan, an online introductory meeting was arranged between the Kazan Federal University (KFU, Russia), the Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine (GWUIM) and the University of Moratuwa (UOM) on 06 June 2023.
